7 Year Anniversary of Conflict in Iraq
Many supporters do not realize it but yesterday marked the 7 year anniversary of the conflict in Iraq.
At least 4,386 service members have died since the start of the war in Iraq with tens of thousands of others injured.
At its peak there were 170,000 service members in Iraq with that number dropping to the currently level of 95,000 with future decreases planned.
Overall the war has cost $712 billion and counting.
