With the upcoming 4th of July Holiday, Operation Ward 57 at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC pledges to raise over $5,000 to continue supporting these heroes! Specifically, we have been asked to provide two flat screen TV’s ($2000) for the nursing stations to digitize the patient care process. We also need to replace the children’s furniture and rugs ($215) in the family room and stock the ward with Operation Ward 57 T-shirts and the patient requested duffle bags ($2500) since these simple items provides much needed morale and support for the patients, families and staff.
