Memorial Day to most is considered a three day weekend that kicks off the summer and is celebrated with family time and BBQs. However, Memorial Day is a time for us to remember and reflect upon the sacrifices that our fallen military have paid for our freedom. Flags For Our Fallen is a moving Memorial Day tribute in honor of our fallen. A ribbon adorns each flag with the handwritten name of a hero who gave the ultimate sacrifice.
Flags For Our Fallen is a great program for any business, religious institution, home and community to display in honor of our fallen heroes. Your purchase of Flags For Our Fallen will not only create a moving display to honor those lost this Memorial Day, but will support Valiant Veterans (VV) and Operation Ward 57 (OPW57). Those that purchase will be listed as sponsors of Valiant Veterans on their websites with businesses having a link to their websites and all photos of displays submitted will be published on their websites. Please join us in honoring those that gave the ultimate sacrifice while supporting those that made it home.
Remember – each flag is adorned with a ribbon that has the handwritten name of a fallen service member. Each kit will contain a list of names from the Department of Defense for however many flags you purchase….or you can choose to write in your own names on the individual flags.
Flags For Our Fallen Kits include 100 flags, 100 ribbons, an 18×24 Flags For Our Fallen lawn sign to be displayed with the flags and the shipping costs for $250.00. Fifty Percent of the kit cost will be donated back to Operation Ward 57 (please specify you were referred by OPW57 when checking out or mailing in your order).
We would then ask that people, especially businesses take a picture of their display, email it to us or VV and Valiant Veterans will create a photo album not only on Facebook but on the VV website. You will also then become sponsors of VV and be listed on the web page under the sponsors page.
