Imagine standing up and fighting for your countries freedoms for years and years. Imagine uprooting your family and moving where the military sends you every few years. Imagine being deployed three, five or six times, fighting in a foreign country, away from family and friends a year at a time. Imagine giving your whole life and nothing less to your career without question. Now imagine leaving this life where you wear nothing but a uniform on a daily basis and going into the civilian world, this can be daunting and frustrating at times.

Hire Our Heroes is a non- profit organization built by Veterans who have been there, who have served for their country, who have been through the transition from military life to civilian life. The men and women of Hire Our Heroes recognizes the challenges, the frustrations and the hurdles to be jumped. They have been there, done that!

Hire Our Heroes is committed to providing our Veterans with the tools necessary to secure employment. Our team of Veterans are ready to Train, Mentor, and Coach these transitioning Veterans into the civilian workforce.

Hire Our Heroes will accomplish this by offering one-on one monthly coaching and mentoring sessions by enlisting veterans and volunteers out of Corporate America, networking/hire events and group training across North America.

The motivating effort behind this quest is to create a National approach to reducing Veteran unemployment and allow employers an overall talent acquisition and retention strategy by making Veterans a intricate part of their workforce.
