Dominion Power, based out of Virginia, has contributed a grant of $1,000 to Operation Ward 57. This contribution was made possible due to assistance from James Bobek.

The Helping Hands Committee at UNFI, with the help of their member Pat Roberts from UNFI West (Auburn, WA) made two contributions totaling $3,000 to Operation Ward 57 and our Patients Shirt Program.

This is the latest donation of movies and DVD’s from Operation Ward 57 for wounded soldiers.

We would like to thank the producers of Call of Duty for their very generous donation which included autographed copies of the game Call of Duty: Black Ops for several game systems plus related merchandise. A big HOOAH! for your support!

For the month of November the band Sludge Pot is donating 100% of the proceeds from the sales of their single “Age-instrumental” to Operation Ward 57, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting wounded soldiers and their family members.

In the days ahead a new children’s play table will be set up by the volunteers of Operation Ward 57. The table will be set up in the family room that is located between Wards 57/58 at Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, D.C. This table is possible thanks, in part to our supporters such as yourselves! To make future donations such as these possible there are several ways to make this happen!
