Veterans Day Fundraiser Wrap Up

Thanksgiving Day 2012 @ Walter Reed

TweetOn Thanksgiving, Operation Ward 57 teamed up with the Yellow Ribbon Fund to sponsor a wonderful Thanksgiving Day meal for those unable to leave the hospital. 2nd Annual Rock & Rally For The Troops

This Saturday, on August 4th, 2012 Operation Ward 57 and Rock The Dock Pub & Grill present the 2nd Annual “Rock & Rally for the Troops” event in Tacoma, WA. The event will benefit wounded soldiers, their loved ones as well as those that aid in their recovery through the programs of Operation Ward 57, a non-profit that supports wounded warriors.

Wrap-Up – Leavenworth Ale-fest 2012 Event

Operation Ward 57 took part in the “6th Annual Leavenworth Ale-Fest 2012″ event. Thanks to the hard work of our volunteers, we helped to raise thousands of dollars for our nations wounded heroes! A big thank you to our supporters and the Leavenworth Nutcracker Museum for allowing us to be part of this event for a second year in a row.

University of Louisville Patriotic Game

On Friday April 13, 2012, the University of Louisville held their Annual Patriotic Day. During their baseball game, U of L took a moment to recognize over 20 wounded warriors from WTB Fort Knox and Operation Ward 57. Prior to the game those wounded soldiers plus their loved ones were treated to a special catered meal. Thank you U of L for recognizing our nations wounded heroes and the mission of Operation Ward 57.
