Dominion Power, based out of Virginia, has contributed a grant of $1,000 to Operation Ward 57. This contribution was made possible due to assistance from James Bobek.

The Helping Hands Committee at UNFI, with the help of their member Pat Roberts from UNFI West (Auburn, WA) made two contributions totaling $3,000 to Operation Ward 57 and our Patients Shirt Program.

The latest purchase for patients and family members include fans for the rooms. Washington DC is listed as SIXTH hottest city in America by the Weather Channel.

Recently supporter James Bobek helped to coordinate an item drive for wounded soldiers.
