Operation Ward 57 Celebrates Nurses Week at Walter Reed Army Medical Center May 6th-12th, 2012. We will be delivering delicious treats to staff as well as raising awareness of the wonderful things they make happen on a daily basis working with our nations wounded heroes.

On March 1st, Operation Ward 57 presents Battle Co. Caregivers Day Out. This day is a day in which we honor the Battle Company givers at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center who sacrifice their time and energy daily for their loved ones. This event will consist of lunch at Fudruckers followed by a movie of your choice.

Help to brighten the day of a wounded soldier this holiday by sending a seasons greeting. Operation Ward 57 will help distribute your holiday cards and gifts to wounded soldiers and their loved ones.

Operation Ward 57 presents its 4th Annual Holiday Cheer Party on December 15th, 2011. This event is a chance to share the holiday spirit with our hero wounded warriors, their families as well as the medical staff aiding in their care.

On Saturday, August 27th, Walter Reed Army Medical Center officially closed. The closure marks the end of an era lasting 102 years and the saving of hundreds of thousands of military lives.
