Operation Ward 57 would like to recognize Wil Havens.
Staff Sergeant Wil Havens made the E-7 selection board in March. In the military, this means he is eligible and will be promoted to the next rank up which is Sergeant First Class.
Staff Sergeant Wil Havens is a former nurse as well as Ward Master in charge of patient care at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He has been and always will be a strong advocate for patients rights as well as providing the best care they deserve. He has been an outstanding leader and supervisor for junior enlisted to model. His selection for promotion has established an already known fact which is that Havens is a cut above the rest.
