On October 21st twenty five members of Team Operation Ward 57, consisting of wounded soldiers, their family members, medical staff and supporters, ran and handbiked 10 miles through Washington, DC, all to raise awareness and funds for the programs of Operation Ward 57.
Team Operation Ward 57 did amazing and we are so proud of everyone, in the end our team raised over $13,000! It was an awesome weekend of camaraderie, courage and testimony to the human spirit. We could not be more proud of each and every person.
Between the volunteers, the runners, the support crew and the US Army it was a weekend filled of memories and goals achieved. Hooah!
