SERVICE ANIMAL SUPPORT

“Standing Guard”

*WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS AT THIS TIME

Provide financial and material support for veterans and their service dog in order to help restore their physical and emotional independence. Services include assisting with covering costs of vests, food, training, transportation, vet bills, etc. This program also partners with several non-governmental agencies to help find and place disabled veterans with service animals.

To be considered for financial assistance for your service animal please complete our small grant application below. If requesting non-financial services please email us at grants@operationward57.org

*Please note this program generally only funds financial grants to Service Dogs or Service Dog In Training (SDiT) that are very close to finishing their training through an agency or organization. For Owner-Trained Service Dogs we generally ask for copies of obedience trainings, public access tests, etc. Puppies generally do not qualify for our grants.

If unable to see the Small Grant Application form below or have an issue with submitting the online form you may print and complete the application and send to grants@operationward57.org or mail to Operation Ward 57, PO Box 80055, Seattle, WA 98108
