I can’t add items to my cart?

WooCommerce, the program that manages our store supports only the latest versions of all browsers “We test all our themes with the latest version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. On operating systems, our themes are tested with the latest version you use and to work with a proper WordPress installation. We don’t support older versions of Internet Explorer. Please consider upgrading to the latest version for optimal performance and experience or switch to a different browser. Can I buy an item for another person?

Yes, you can just enter their shipping address into the Paypal form and any special notes.

Can I buy an item for a patient directly?

Yes, just select the button, buy for a patient (if available). If you don’t see that option at checkout just indicate the request in the notes of your order.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, Operation Ward 57 does ship outside the US at an increased postage rate. Your shipping costs will be provided at check out. If you have any issues please email us at info@operationward57.org.

How do I make a cash donation?

You can make a donation online by clicking the donation button and entering the amount you want to give. Your donation will be processed through Paypal and will show up on your credit card statement as Operation Ward 57.

How long will it take to get my item?

Please allow on average one to two weeks for shipment. We ship USPS, but if you would like the items to arrive faster, please email: brittney@operationward57.org. You can pay for additional shipping through UPS or Fed EX.

When your item is shipped, the USPS provides us with a tracking ID number which we will provide to you. USPS does not track the item throughout the course of shipment but merely provides information upon receipt of item and receipt of delivery of item.

Can I return the item I purchased?

No, Operation Ward 57 does not accept returns. Your purchase will be going to help wounded warriors.

I bought the wrong size, can I exchange my shirt?

Yes you can exchange for the correct size as long as there is no damage, pet hair or odor to the item. Please contact Brittney Hamilton at brittney@operationward57.org or 253.534.8779 to obtain approval PRIOR to completing an exchange.

You may exchange items within 10 days of delivery. No Returns or Refunds will be granted.

Are there any additional costs to exchange my shirt?

Yes, All exchanges are subject to a $5.00 or 20% restocking fee (whichever is greater). This helps to cover additional shipping or material costs to complete the exchange.

**If special circumstances apply where Operation Ward 57 is responsible for return freight this must be approved in advance of the return by an Operation Ward 57 representative.

I didn’t receive my item, where did it go?

If a package that was delivered is returned, refused or sent back to Operation Ward 57 through the USPS, staff will make every attempt to notify the customer and resolve the shipping issue but the customer is responsible for any freight charges that occur later in reshipping the item. If there is no response from the customer after 30 days after an item is returned then the order is cancelled and the items will be donated to a patient on the ward and no refund will be issued to the customer.

Is my purchase tax deductible?

Yes, our T-shirt program is a service we provide to wounded warriors and make available to the public to support. A portion of your purchase is tax deductible.

100% of all cash donations are tax deductible.
